Terms and Conditions of iDiventure

Scuba Diving is a fun, exciting, and engaging sports made safe by the trained professionals that care for a dive group before and during Dive time. Scuba Diving is also the full time careers for many of our team members. With these factors in mind, we do have terms and conditions related to business operations and safety. let's take nothing for granted and review the following information so we are all on the same page.

TERM AND CONDITIONS

TERMS OF iDiventure and SCUBA SCHOOL INTERNATIONAL (SSI)



Welcome Divers and thank you for joining us. Before getting started a few legal matters.

New Scuba Diver Certification:

1. New and returning Divers will be required to complete the ‘Divers Registration Form’.


2. All divers will need internet access for the MYSSI mobile Application or the SSI Networks of Indonesia

online to complete registration of training, safety information, and other digital requirements.

3. Drivers need to pay minimum 50% total service fee 5 days before first day of training.

4. Remaining balance is required 2 days before.

5. Clients are provided with digital access to training material through the MYSSI mobile Application or SSI Network website(www.my.divessi.com/login). Paper material will be provided in necessary.

6. Digital Certification will be available after completion through the MYSSI mobile Application or SSINetwork website.

Open water and Scuba dive packages and payment:

7. Divers must have their Scuba Diver certification card or National Identification card to verify Scuba certification.

8. Basic Medical release form must be completed at least 1 week before dive trips. In some cases, Medical Doctor release may be required.

9. Payment 50% or more of total service fee will be required 14 before first day of travel. To ensure booking arrangements of, transportation, lodging, equipment rental, Dive times, ect.

10. Remaining balance due 5 days before the departure date.

Reschedule / Cancellation:

11. Reschedule Paid balance can be applied to future trips if rescheduling is required. More than 12 days before departure, no reschedule fee is applied
11 – 7 days before departure 5% refund fee
6 – 3 days before departure 10% refund.
3 – 1 days before departure 15% refund, trip can be rescheduled for future dates with rescheduling fee of 10%.

12. Cancelation:
11 – 7 days before departure 100% refund is given.
6 – 3 days before departure 50% refund is given.
3 – 1 days before departure 0% refund, trip can be rescheduled for future dates with rescheduling fee of 15% if applies.

Safety:

13. Diving is a fun and exciting activity that does have risk. Any risk factors are the judgement of the DiveMaster. Canceling Dive Trips for safety including but not limited to: illness of a client, unsafe equipment,weather storms, earth quake, volcanic activity, other natural disasters. Such situations are rare, and wewill work with clients on case by cases situation.

14. Safety of our clients is most important. Please ensure all members of you group listen and understand instructions from their Dive Master or Instructor. Clients not taking safety seriously can be removed /denied dive time without refund.

15. Illness happens, no one like getting sick. If a client is ill / sick on the dive day, the Dive Master may deny then dive time for their safety. In such cases we will work out a partial refund options. Accident and injury

16. Dive Masters and Dive centers take every possible precaution to avoid accidents and injury. Additionally, it is important for our clients to provide any information necessary for the client’s safety. We always encourage clients to take Diving insurance.
