Great question, Indonesia is a archipelago nation containing over 17,000 islands and 6.4 million square Km (2.5 million square miles) of maritime area.  Additionally, Indonesia sits between the Indian Ocean and the Pacific Ocean.  This means there are different micro weather and marine zones that will effect the diving experiences at different locations.  Generally April, May, and October are good for all location through out the country.  However, different locations have best and worst times to dive.
