Hello, my name is William. I am the web admin for Instrument Dive Adventure (iDiventure). I have have been friends with the owners of iDiventure for nearly 10 years. In that time I have dived with them in 1000 islands and Bali. This year (2025) I got the opportunity to dive with iDiventure in Manado, Bunaken National Marine Park. To date, this has been my favorite dive adventure in Indonesia.
I live in the United States and try to visit Indonesia once a year if I can. This trip I arrived on Tuesday afternoon. Wednesday night I meet at the airport for the night flight to Manado. The flight was about 3 hours and left Jakarta at 1am. We arrived in Manado in the early morning, about 4:30 am (including time zone difference.
After we arrived in Manado, we had breakfast then went straight to the Dive Center to get ready. On this trip we where diving with a partner dive center, Minanga Divers Manado. The Dive Center team was great. After everyone was ready, we headed to the boat marina.
We had 3 days of diving with 3 dives each day. Sadly I did not keep track of each location we dived. All of the sites where amazing. There was a ship wreck, Turtle reef, and many Coral reefs. Below I have posted some of the pictures and videos. Hope you enjoy.

After the 3 days of diving, we had the 24 hour of rest before our late afternoon flight back to Jakarta. Manado has been my favorite dive place so far.
